Shipping and Returns
We are currently only fulfilling orders to the United States.
We will always try and send via a tracked shipping method. You will receive your tracking number via email when you complete your order.
Please be aware that your tracking number may not be updated onto the system until a couple of days after you place your order depending on weekends and national holidays.
If an order has a customs charged applied to it it is the customers responsibility to pay this charge. Read more about customs and duty free clearance below.
Customs and Duty Free Clearance
Be aware that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product they have ordered will be allowed through customs or the point of entry to their country.
Where we can we try to notify of issues or block orders to states and countries where there is a problem with shipping.
We cannot accept responsibility for any customs charges for orders that are held or offer any assistance with getting an order through customs.
Please ensure that the product you order and/or the quantity of your order is legal at the delivery address.
Currently we are not fulfilling orders to anywhere outside of the United States.
Orders and Tracking
Orders will be sent free of charge with tracking. A number will be emailed out with a tracking code once we have shipped the order.

We normally ship all orders via USPS. Orders can take up to 5 business days to arrive, however generally arrive within 3 business days.
We do not ship on National Holidays or weekends. So any orders placed at these times will be fulfilled as fast as possible on the next business day.
